The Magnet Middle School is an active member of the National Network of Partnership Schools at John Hopkins University, the Department of Education Partnership for family Involvement in Education, and the Connecticut School-Family-Community Partnership.

This year, the National Network of Partnership at John Hopkins University recognized our school as an excellent program of school family partnership. We will receive a large banner and recognition in Education Week and other educational news media. Last year, we were a finalist for the Disney Learning Partnership Spotlight School of the Year Award.

We are proud of our educational environment. Our innovative and engaging
approaches to learning provides for student success. We believe that we
can improve our organization's effectiveness by connecting with other
groups and drawing on each other's strengths.
