Incoming Grade 6: The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind (Young Reader's Edition) by William Kamkwamba
Rising Grade 7: Pay it Forward (Young Reader's Edition) by Catherine Ryan Hyde
Rising Grade 8: Nothing But The Truth by Avi
Book copies were distributed to all students on the White, Turquoise, Black, and Silver teams during the last week of school.
Books and assignments were delivered to all SPS elementary schools for students entering 6th grade at Scofield for the 2026-27 school year.
Didn't receive your book? Books can be picked up in the main office Monday-Friday between 8am-2pm. It is recommended you call before coming.

The Ferguson Library will also have both physical copies of the book available and ebooks available to borrow.
Students can check out a copy with a regular library card or a school-issued LinkedLibraries account with a parent.
