SPS Family Guide

Dear Families: 

The 2025-26 SPS Family Guide is now available to view and download. This guide provides parents/guardians with essential information about Stamford Public Schools. It is available in English, Spanish, Haitian-Creole, and Ukrainian and may be accessed at any time by clicking the family guide icon on the SPS homepage.  

Please take time to review the SPS Family Guide as well as any student or family handbooks provided by your child’s school or educational program. These documents contain valuable information that will help you and your child understand how our school district operates, as well as your roles and responsibilities in ensuring that your child has a productive and successful school year. 

Although this guide covers many topics of interest to families, it does not contain all 200+ Board of Education (BOE) policies and regulations. BOE policies and regulations are available to view in their entirety on our website. You will also find hyperlinks to every policy in Appendix C of the family guide.
